| Saison opened in the Mission area of San Francisco in 2009 and received a Michelin star in the 2011 edition. Chef Joshua Skenes wanted to present "clean, innovative flavors without the trappings of a white-tablecloth place." Like at Commis, we were able to obtain a kitchen counter seat. |
