| Tripe soup from Cumhuriyet Iskembecisi (also in alley off Istiklal Street). The soup is heavily flavored with minced garlic, spicy pepper flakes, and vinegar. The shop is open past 5am in the morning, and the soup is apparently quite popular after a night of heavy drinking. |
