| Balik ekmek: sandwich of grilled mackerel. Balik ekmek is sold all along the banks of the Golden Horn by Galata Bridge as well as at restaurants on the bridge itself. After crossing the bridge day after day and inhaling the smell of grilled fish, we just had to get one! |
