| Rosa de Bogavante (rose of langoustine) - this was one of the highlights of the trip, European clawed lobster inside a strawberry fruit roll shell, green chip, on a plastic stem placed inside a shot glass with rose water and a cube of dry ice (so it's smoking rose aroma as it arrives)...
