Dessert tea service, inspired by Blue Bottle Coffee. Quince hibiscus tea is brought to a boil, the tea rises to the upper compartment where it is spiced cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, then it falls back down to the lower compartment after it cools, and is served.
