Mosaic inside Dublin City Hall, originally built in 1779 by the Merchants of Dublin as the Royal Exchange. The mosaic depicts of the city Coat of Arms: the origin of the three burning castles is not known, the Latin inscription means "The obedience of the citizens produces a happy city".
