Flinders Street Station - the first railway station in Australia and one of the world's busiest in the 1920s. Trains have been running here since 1854, when the site was called Melbourne Terminus. The soaring 300m-tall skyscraper in the back is the Eureka Tower, named after the Eureka Stockade rebellion during the 1854 gold rush (the red stripe depicts the blood shed during the revolution).
